Organisation and Board of Directors

KSU is part of the Vattenfall Group and is owned by Forsmarks Kraftgrupp AB, OKG AB, Ringhals AB.

The Board of Directors is domiciled in Nyköping. Board members are appointed from the owners, Ringhals OKG AB, Forsmarks Kraftgrupp AB and from the staff organisations.
