Testing Electrical and I/C

The course is aimed at personnel who work with maintenance, troubleshooting, assembly and testing of electrical and I/C equipment. The course is also suitable for electrical and I/C constructors.

The course deals with the theoretical and practical ways in which testing is carried out after assembly has been completed, up until commissioning. This applies from plant, personal and operational safety perspective.

  • the basics of testing
  • circuit control
  • energisation
  • circuit operation check

The course lasts for five days and prior knowledge is required for individual work in nuclear power plants and approved ESA/SAFEM training.


Personnel from the power stations and contractors must apply via their immediate manager in accordance with the procedures for the power stations in question. External customers send an e-mail to kurs@ksu.se for a quotation request regarding the price of an entire course session or individual course locations.)
